Chrizenda Gunter is a practising Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer with over 20 years experience as a Property Attorney. Chrizenda attended the University of Stellenbosch where she graduated with her BA (Law) LLB Degrees in 1999. She obtained valuable international blue-chip corporate law firm exposure during 1999 – 2001 whilst living and working in London. Her short-term contract work in London includes, Herbert Smith (Corporate & Commercial Department), Norton Rose (Construction & Engineering Department), Clifford Chance (Media, Computer & Communications Group) and Bird & Bird (Knowledge Management, Corporate & Telecommunications Group). On return to South Africa, Chrizenda was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2002 and Notary Public in 2003. During 2002 she moved her focus from Commercial Law and Litigation to Property Law. She has extensive experience working with large financial institutions, property funds and developers on Conveyancing & Transfers, Residential & Commercial Property Developments, Renewable Energy Projects, Registration of Mining Rights and Mortgage Bonds. Chrizenda established Gunter & Associates Inc in Cape Town during 2006, a boutique law firm specialising in Property Law. She opened a branch office in Overberg, Greyton during 2007. This practise specialised in Conveyancing and Administration of Deceased Estates. Chrizenda sold her practise in 2015 and embarked on a sabbatical and world travel. She travelled the world full-time as a digital nomad, travel writer and sourced products from around the world for her lifestyle brand, Gypsy Soul. On return to South Africa, Chrizenda opened Gunter Attorneys, Paarl in 2019.
