About Chrizenda Gunter
Chrizenda Gunter is an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer with more than 25 years’ experience in Property Law and Conveyancing.
She obtained her BA (Law) and LLB degrees from Stellenbosch University in 1999, after which she gained valuable international legal experience in London while working with leading international law firms including Herbert Smith Freehills, Norton Rose Fulbright, Clifford Chance and Bird & Bird.
After returning to South Africa, Chrizenda was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2002 and as a Notary Public in 2003.
She has extensive experience acting for financial institutions, developers, property funds, corporate and private clients across residential and commercial conveyancing, property developments, renewable energy projects, mortgage bonds and mining rights registrations.
In 2006, she established her first boutique property law practice in Cape Town, later expanding to the Overberg region. She founded Gunter Attorneys in Paarl in 2019.
Today Chrizenda is known for her practical approach, attention to detail and commitment to efficient, personalised and trusted legal services.
